For over 25 years, JMJ farms has served both wholesale and retail customers with gorgeous shrubs, trees, evergreens, and flowers. Equestrians love Liberty Haven Farm. They host a number of events throughout the year along private birthday parties and fundraisers.

Included alongside all the farms in Howell are a multitude of parks. Two of the top outdoor spaces that residents love are Echo Lake Park and the Manasquan Reservoir. Echo Lake Park can be reserved for parties, allows residents to enjoy fishing and kayaking on the lake, and has a nature trail. The Manasquan reservoir is a favorite for walkers and runners. There are multiple of short trails that wind through the woods. The outskirts of the reservoir is a 5.1 mile long trail that goes around the entire perimeter. Kids and adults alike love to visit the environmental center to learn more about local ecology and wildlife information. Dog owners will be happy to hear that the township even has its own dog park that has separate areas for large dogs and small dogs. On top of all these great spaces, there are over a dozen playgrounds in Howell.

One other green space that Howell residents love and enjoy is the Howell Park Golf Course. This 18-hole public course is often ranked among America’s top 50 by national publications. The course also offers clinics, has a pro-shop, a warm-up range and a large practice green.

Just because no boundary of Howell sits on the coastline doesn’t mean that there aren’t any waterfront homes. In addition to all of the great green spaces, Howell Township has lakes and rivers. Three other lakes of mention in Howell are Aldrich Lake, Lake Louise, and Lake Topanemus. All of these lakes have homes on their edges with gorgeous and peaceful backyards. A variety of water sports including fishing and kayaking are also available in these bodies of water.
